About

Welcome. I am a dedicated therapist in Pittsburgh, deeply committed to providing a warm, insightful, and transformative space for individuals and couples. I strive to help you explore your inner world, heal from past wounds, navigate life's complexities, and cultivate more conscious, authentic, and deeply connected lives.

My therapeutic style is contemplative, relational, and integrative. I believe that a safe, trusting, and collaborative relationship is foundational for meaningful change. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic principles, helping clients gain profound insights into their experiences and develop lasting change. I also integrate the power of presence, the mind-body connection, creating a coherent life narrative, balancing acceptance and change, and the importance of self-compassion.

I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach that helps couples break free from negative cycles, understand their emotional needs, and build secure, loving bonds. Additionally, I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, offering a sex-positive and affirming space to address a wide range of sexual health concerns and cultivate fulfilling intimacy for individuals and couples.

My practice also includes specialized support for individuals struggling with problem sexual behavior or ‘sex addiction,’ helping them understand and change these patterns with compassion and expertise. Furthermore, I am dedicated to supporting men through the unique challenges they encounter, addressing issues from anger and stress to vulnerability and authentic sexual fulfillment.

My aim is to provide exceptional and deeply transformative psychotherapy that honors your unique journey toward greater well-being and fulfilling relationships.
