I’m here to wholeheartedly support you on your journey to a healthier relationship, deeper healing, and a life filled with more joy and fulfillment. With advanced training in EFT, my goal is to help you improve the quality and closeness of your relationship by breaking out of negative cycles and into connection. I aim to empower you with an awareness and understanding of what’s going on below the surface so you can better meet each other’s needs. In our work together, you’ll experience a compassionate yet directive approach that guides you toward meaningful, positive change. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex positive, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed. I offer virtual sessions to clients throughout California.
